Youth Council

The Youth Council is the only committee that is mandated by the Workforce Investment Act of 1998. The primary responsibility of this group is to select the Youth service provider and to oversee its operations. Members of the Youth Council are not always members of the WIB but represent youth programs in our region.

The mission of the Youth Council is to be a catalyst for development of youth services and systems that meet the educational and employment needs of Linn, Benton, and Lincoln County youth.
